Urinary incontinence, particularly Stress Urinary Incontinence (SUI), occurs when the support structures around the bladder and urethra weaken. This is common after childbirth, weight gain, or during menopause when estrogen deficiency affects tissue integrity.
Our treatment utilizes focused fractional laser systems to deliver structured thermal energy to the anterior vaginal wall. This stimulates micro-vascular blood flow, triggers cellular regeneration, and initiates new collagen and elastin production around the pelvic tissues. As a result, the urethral support bed is thickened, significantly reducing leakage under abdominal pressure (such as laughing, coughing, or physical activity).
Common symptoms of urinary leakage and SUI that respond to laser therapy
Leaking small amounts of urine when coughing, sneezing, laughing, jumping, or carrying heavy objects.
Experiencing a sudden, strong, uncontrollable urge to urinate, followed by involuntary urine loss before reaching a restroom.
Frequent urinary tract discomfort, persistent pressure in the lower abdomen, or a feeling of incomplete bladder emptying.
Waking up multiple times during the night with an urgent need to urinate, disrupting normal rest cycles.
What you will experience during your treatment steps
Ensure you empty your bladder immediately before the session. A quick urine test is conducted to ensure there is no active bacterial infection on the day of treatment.
A small laser probe is gently introduced to target the anterior vaginal wall underlying the bladder. You will feel a light vibration and a comfortable warmth. The procedure takes under 20 minutes.
You can return to normal work and routines immediately. We advise avoiding vaginal intercourse, swimming, tampons, and intense core physical workouts for 3 to 5 days.
Every consultation is conducted in a comfortable, highly private environment. Speak directly with our clinical directors to outline a treatment plan tailored to your needs.
